This year we did a very nice dinner from items purchased at the Market with a little help from the Kerrytown shops and the Peoples Food Coop.

Dessert was a Tangerine Barvarian Cream - Kerrytown shops and the Peoples Food Coop
I boiled the left over bones with water and some Pacific Rim beef broth (available at Sparrow or People's Food Co-op). The resulting stock and meat from the bones made great buffalo barley soup. I just added onions, celery, carrots, some tomato paste, the barley and lots of black pepper to the broth and meat.
